Better prepared. Better moving.
Practical details to gather before requesting a freight or relocation quote.
How should I measure my freight?
Measure the outermost length, width and height, including pallets or packaging. Record each distinct piece and its weight. Use consistent units and include a total shipment weight.
What photos should I upload?
Show the entire freight, its packaging or support points, and any unusual handling features. Include a clear view of the pickup area when access could affect loading. Avoid personal documents in freight photos.
Who loads and unloads the truck?
Tell us what equipment is available at pickup and destination. Forklift, crane, dock or other handling arrangements must be reviewed before the move is accepted.
What is needed for a equipment trailer or generator move?
Provide equipment type, length, width, height, weight/GVWR, hitch/coupling details, current location and destination. Disclose tire, brake, light or other road-ready concerns.
Does submitting a quote request book a truck?
No. A request gives Courio the details to review the move. Pricing, capacity, equipment suitability and scheduling must be confirmed before booking.
Is shipment tracking live GPS?
The portal shows the latest status and location entered by Courio dispatch. Estimated arrival is shown only when provided. A live GPS provider has not been connected.
Where can I find proof of delivery?
Open a confirmed shipment in your customer portal. Dispatch-uploaded delivery documents and photos appear in that shipment’s document section.
